An appeal, thanks and instructions to our dear parents,
Firstly, we would like to appreciate you for the extended co-operation and understanding by parents, which is desired for smooth functioning of the School.
Secondly, we are sincerely thankful again to all the parents who stood by the school, and continued to do so.
Furthermore, in line with the instructions from the State Government, we are obliged to collect the necessary information from the parents and submit it forward.
As a consequence, all our parents are requested to submit the mandatory information into the ‘UDISE+’ Forms sent to you by your respective class teachers with the date and time notified.
Thenceforth the deadline, the school shall not be able to entertain the data in the forms; because the (online portal) government portal shall close for their audit.
About the UDISE form:
Unified District Information System for Education Plus (UDISE+) is one of the largest Management Information Systems initiated by Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, GOI covering more than 14.89 lacs of schools, 95 lacs of teachers and 26.5 crores of children.
The entire system is online and has been collecting data in real-time since 2018-19. UDISE+ has a mandate of collecting information from all recognized schools imparting formal education from Pre-primary to class XII.

Prior you commence feeding your information in the form, please retain your family’s adhaar information and Family ID details (Parivar Pehchan Patra) at hand,
Would, either of your IDs is/ are unavailable, we request you to kindly get them issued from the concerned authority at the earliest.
(In addition, we understand that it would be tedious for the working class, however, its a norm by the government hereon, which we abide by. Moreover, now a days, most of the paperwork is online and hassle free.)
While you feed in the information in the form, please make sure the details are authentic and up to date and without errors/misspells; because, as a consequence of the information you provide, it will be deemed as final & shall be updated on government portal.
Would any point confuses you while feeding the information, kindly contact the reception desk. Subsequently, we request you to be thoughtful, which you are and will be while making the on-call interaction for the same.
